The Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test PSTET 2024 and 2025 is conducted by the Punjab School Education Board as the eligibility test for appointment as a teacher in classes 1 to 8 in the State of Punjab.
The PSTET 2024 and 2025 consists of two papers.
- PSTET Paper 1 is the eligibility test for appointment as a teacher for classes 1-5
- PSTET Paper 2 is the eligibility test for appointment as a teacher for classes 6-8
- Candidates who clear both the PSTET Papers 1 and 2 are eligible for appointment as a teacher for classes 1 to 8
PSTET Papers I and II will have 150 MCQs, of which 30 MCQs will be from CDP – Child Development & Pedagogy, which is a compulsory subject in this exam.
